Your responsibilities
Be part of a project team helping clients defining new value propositions, developing their innovation roadmap, define their sustainability goals and derisking their innovation ideas.
Support our strategists with managing the project overall preparing & facilitating client workshops
Support our design researchers on desk research, trend research and qualitative and quantitative consumer research.
Support our business designers with building financials models & plans
Embrace our human-centered approach by always putting the customer at the center of your

Currently enrolled in a relevant field of study (Economics, Innovation-Management, Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Marketing).
Able to handle freedom and responsibility, and passionate about contributing to a great working environment.
Able to handle uncertainty and chaos
Capable of working independently, yet possess a team-player mindset. You take ownership of
your projects and get things done.
Motivated, positive, solution-focused, and inspiring.
A very good proactive communicator.
The right kind of difficult: you know when to push and when to deliver.
Fluent in both Dutch OR French and English.
