Global shipping is rooted in tradition. And that's just beautiful, until tradition is slowing you down.

Brabo’s port pilots, boatmen, and dispatchers, for instance, still kept the port running on paper. And on a whole lot of patience. The communication system was clunky, data files were outdated, and daily operations were far from efficient. Think stacks of forms on every desk, plenty Excel sheets 'v6_DEF_Final_Finalfinal', and endless manual re-entries of data left and right.

Sustainable, if you want to stay competitive? Hell no. Change was long overdue, so together we made it happen.

In a nutshell we made sure Brabo could work more efficiently, with modern systems and with streamlined communications.

At the heart of this revolution was a robust digital platform built to solve three core problems. First, it created a single source of truth so everyone, from harbor pilots to boatmen, could see the same data at a glance.

Second, it introduced single entry, meaning data only needed to be entered once, cutting out duplicates and reducing errors.

And third, it delivered real-time updates. So when schedules shift or alerts appear, the crew knows instantly and can act right away with a perfect understanding from the start.

In Brabo's new digital platform, we brought together a wide variety of data. From historical data to live sensor feeds, and geolocation. It's now all available in a single interactive and intuitive interface. All of the data is displayed on a single map, giving harbor pilots and boatmen the power to handle administration on the spot and cut down delays.

In addition, it links directly with Brabo’s admin systems, carrying the process seamlessly through to invoicing. With real-time data at their fingertips, the team can make faster, sharper decisions and keep schedules running smoothly.
